How to start bushwalking with Coast and Mountain Walkers

If you enjoy a walk in the bush, but have little bushwalking experience and find the concept of camping overnight a little daunting, we can brief you with enough basic information to allow you to take this exciting next step.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We suggest sign up as a Prospective Member ($20 for up to 12 Months) and join one of our many day walks. After you sign up, our Membership Secretary will be in contact with you with details on how to access our Walks Program (with Leaders' contact details) and more information about our Club. Meeting experienced Club Members on a day walk is the best place to get advice about overnight bushwalking.
